Bill is our man for service on our HVAC system for 14 years.  He is friendly, smart, hard working, reliable, detailed, doesn’t scratch our doors and walls, neat, on time, courtesy calls, loves Hermes, knowledgeable, family man, humorous, dependable, cares about our HVAC system working perfectly.   Bill is an asset to Hermes Sales and Service with utmost professionalism.   Too bad he is a Cubs fan!!!

Both Dakota and Travis did an excellent job at our house during the installation. They protected our flooring and carpeting and were very professional as they installed our new systems. Dakota then came back to correct an issue with the thermostat and spent five hours patiently updating to the new thermostat and instructing me about the features of Both the air-conditioning system as well as the furnace.

Had power outage.   When it came back on the A/C didn't  work.  They fixed it, but then several things in the house didn't work.  They traced the problem to the breaker box which was not receiving enough power for everything, & they called the power company who then came & redid the power line to the house restoring full power to everything.
